Length - 135'....SSW of Russells Point, Bloomfield/Washington Township. OH708 S. (curves W.) 1.7 miles from jct with US33 in Russells Point, S. on OH235 3.8 miles, W. on CR13 1.0 miles to the bridge. Built by the Anderson Green Company of Sidney Ohio, for a cost of $3103. Named after a nearby land owner, Nicholas McColly. Rehabilitated in 1943, and in 1958, with reinforcement with steel. And in 2000, the Amos B. Schwartz Construction Company of Geneva, Indiana was hired to repair the bridge, and it was reopened on November 14, 2000, ten months and over $690.000 after the finish of repairs. Posted to the National Register of Historic Places on May 28, 1975. Open to through traffic. Truss Type - Covered Howe Through Truss.
